Luxury Meets Value ConsiderationIf you're considering a stay at Villa Amsterdam, here's a candid perspective based on my recent experience. During my visit, I found the hotel to present a commendable balance of price and quality. The room was fairly spacious with a comfortable sitting area and a decent view of the pool. While the parquet floor added a touch of elegance, it could benefit from better maintenance to enhance the overall feel. The flat-screen TV, albeit a nice touch, didn't quite compensate for the lack of air conditioning, which might be a concern during warmer months. Breakfast was well-prepared and plentiful, with free toiletries available in the bathroom. The patio area surrounding the swimming pool was lovely; however, the pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance during my stay. In terms of value, the hotel sits well within budget for those looking for a cost-effective yet comfortable option in Ohrid. If you're after straightforward amenities and a peaceful atmosphere without luxury frills, Villa Amsterdam might be the right choice for you.
